The fitness industry is one that constantly annoys me to no end. Everyone is always trying to sell you a magic drug or workout plan, and they always make things more complicated then it needs to be.
The vast majority of cases, its really not that hard, and there is no magic sauce. Let’s make it simple, generally speaking folks who want to “get in shape” have one of three main goals. Loose weight, keep up with their kids, or gain some muscle. We can call that nutritional health, cardiovascular health, and muscular health.
