Everything that is either growing, or that I have attempted to grow in our greenhouse.

The Plant Collection

Dragon Fruit

Dragon fruit are a sweet and delicious snack! Only issue is they can be quite expensive. I am not going to tell you growing them will be any cheaper, but you will be gifted with sweeter fruits, that can be quite rewarding to grow.

Date Trees

Technically a palm tree, which makes this a bit of an oddity for Texas, but they seem to thrive in the hot and humid climate. So why not?

Lemon Trees

Assuming you can keep them alive over the winter, lemon trees make a great addition to any garden. Epically if you enjoy fresh lemon in your food or drinks.

Pineapple

One of the strangest plants you will ever see, but one of the sweeter fruits you will ever find.

Zinnias

One of my favorite flowers, they come in a wide range of colors and shapes, attract bees and butterflies, and most importantly, are quite tolerant to both hot and dry weather.

Sun Flowers

One of my favorite flowers! How can you go wrong with a big happy yellow sunshine flower! Not only are they nice to look at, they are also apparently quite good for the bees. Turns out sun flower pollen is good for bumble bee tummies.
