Doe Skin Ranch
This is a longer hike, with quite a few trails worth exploring. Some parts are pretty exposed to the sun, so this hike is best for a cooler day.
Fog Isn’t A Bad Thing
If you can find a cooler day and try to get out before the sun comes up you may run into one of two things. Either a beautiful sunrise once you hit the top of the “bowl” or you may get fog. That said, once the sun comes up and starts burning off the fog, you will get some beautiful views.
