1.25 oz Asbach Uralt Brandy
0.75 oz Ippongi Hot Plum Sake
0.25 oz honey rich simple syrup (2:1 honey to water)
1-2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
3-5 Dashes Scrappy’s Cardamom Bitters
1 lemon peel (garnish)
A little less exotic.
1.25 oz Asbach Uralt Brandy
0.75 oz Ippongi Hot Plum Sake
0.25 oz honey rich simple syrup (2:1 honey to water)
1-2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
1 lemon peel (garnish)
Assembly
Add brandy, sake, honey syrup and bitters to a shaker with ice.
Shake until ice forms on the shaker.
Strain over an ice brick into cocktail glass.
Garnish with lemon.
