Whiskey Sour
A little more Orange.
3 oz Maker’s Mark 46
0.5 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
3 drops Woodford Reserve orange bitters
1 oz lemon juice (concentrate won’t work here)
1 egg white
1 lemon peel (garnish)
2 Woodford Reserve bourbon cherries (garnish)

2 dashes Free Brothers Lemon Bitters
1 oz lemon juice (concentrate won’t work here)
1 egg white
1 lemon peel (garnish)
2 Woodford Reserve bourbon cherries (garnish)
Assembly
Add the whiskey, simple syrup, bitters, lemon juice, and egg white to a shaker and shake. This should be a dry shake meaning no ice.
Add ice to the shaker and stir the cocktail for about 30 rotations to chill and dilute.
Strain and pour over a clear ice brick. Express a lemon peel and garnish with lemon twist and cherries.
